Workshop Regulations

    General Provisions
    1.1. The workshop focuses on getting rid of unnecessary items at cost, such as dresses for BJD dolls and various accessories that have been handmade or used by the workshop owner for photography and hobby purposes.

    Items Offered
    2.1. All items are either used or handmade and are offered at cost.Other items used for photography or hobby purposes, which are no longer needed and stored in boxes, may also be offered.
    2.2. Items may show signs of use, which are described in detail in each product's listing.
    2.3. Product photos are authentic and represent the actual condition of the items.

    Purchases and Payments
    3.1. Items are offered through a sales platform where they are listed.
    3.2. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods specified on the workshop's website.

    Shipping and Delivery
    4.1. Shipping is free – all costs are covered by the workshop.
    4.2. The workshop decides on the form and method of shipping, choosing the most convenient way to deliver the items.
    4.3. Items are dispatched within 5 business days of payment being received.
    4.4. The workshop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or postal service.

    Returns and Complaints
    5.1. According to Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act, returns of handmade items created for individual orders are not accepted.
    5.2. For used items, returns are not accepted unless the item does not match the description.
    5.3. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item by sending an email to [Your Email Address].

    Personal Data Protection
    6.1. Buyers' personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
